chirp + won’t connect to WiFi

My chirp + won’t connect to WiFi keeps saying connection failed and WiFi keeps saying insecure network any advice would be welcome.

I use the nd bait boat with the nd mount so the sonar is upright in the water at the correct level the sonar connects to my phone but not the deeper app

Have you tried connecting to just the deeper alone without the boat, some boats are known to cause interference.
